by Online Shopper, Jul 03, 2008 I had order Kitchenaid ProLine waffle iron in "nickel". When it as time for the order to ship, I was informed my email that this was out of stock, but I could get the "Pearl Matte". This was okay with me, but I would have preferred the "nichel".

by Online Shopper, Jun 30, 2008 I went online to find a coupon so I could get free shipping. I added items to my order to get free shipping, but at checkout was told I hadn't selected qualifying items. All my work to find items to add to my order was down the drain, & I paid shipping anyway.
