The person answering (Erik) knew what I needed and was very customer service oriented. Just my kind of guy. The product arrived in blazing time and Erik was right, it is just what I needed. Thanks.

by esarlls3, Apr 19, 2008 Ordering was easy. It turned out they didn't have the product they sold. They later called and left a message indicating they would refund the amount paid. That's nice but it cost me a week without the item I wanted while I have to find it somewhere else.
