by Online Shopper, Jul 04, 2008 My overall experience with US Appliance has been very positive. My only negative is that the delivery person would not set the appliance inside the house. Otherwise, everything was great. I am delighted with my new appliance. The quality is superior, the product is a "top-of-the-line" brand, and price was right.

by Online Shopper, Jul 03, 2008 Great customer service! Very knowledgable and helpful. I didn't mind having to pay the restocking fee....since it was right there in their policy. I already opened a box and disposed of it and they are taking the item back. I needed to order a different product.

The delivery team never called ahead to confirm a time and they ultimately arrived at a time that they were advised to avoid. The team almost dropped the appliances off the back of the truck.
