Two calls to customer service revealed one product "may be backordered" but shop supervisor will put on "must ship" list. Product still did not ship. Third call got all correct info, product shipped and we are happy. It just took a little nudging.

I contacted customer support and they were very helpfull. They corrected the problem and even sent it second day air. by Online Shopper, Jul 04, 2008 I recieved my guitar with scratches and a large scuff in the pickguard. If my original intent wasn't to replace the pickguard anyway, I would be a very upset customer. The damage is localized specificaly on the pickguard which leads me to believe it is an Ibanez quality control problem.
