Apparently there system COULDN'T make such a mistake, it must have been me! I should have been grateful that they were doing me a favor by giving me any money back! by KBrunori, Jun 18, 2008 FTD did not deliver the correct plant to my mother for Mother's Day and refused to correct the situation when notified. I will never do business with them again since they care so little for their customers once they have their money.

by Online Shopper, Jun 16, 2008 I don't like receiving repeated emails to take a survey following a purchase. I purchased flowers for a funeral I was unable to attend. I have to assume they met my expectations. However, having to explain this for you so I will stop receving reminder emails has greatly reduced my originally positive experience with FTD.
