by Online Shopper, Jun 26, 2008 Worst service I have ever had. Wrong product shipped and company has POLICY that prohibits correcting problem in timely manner: ie must have wrong product returned before they will ship correct product. This POLICY adds about a week of delay.

I was surprised at receiving a call from customer service to confirm my order, which gave me the impression that Comparemaster had better-than-average support staff; however when I actually had an issue about my order I could not even get in contact... More
