by Online Shopper, Jul 15, 2008 The item came within shiping guidelines stated by Ann Taylor, however, I must point out that this is the longest I have ever had to wait for an item from a major retialer -- the Gap, Old Navy, Talbots come within three days with basic shipping -- this took the full 10 business days -- a long time.

by Online Shopper, Jul 15, 2008 I need more options for Julie Petites. I wear your garments for Work and Leisure, so need more options as I buy a lot annually. In addition, I'd like to see more business options. Sleeveless and halter are not business appropriate.

by Online Shopper, Jul 15, 2008 The dress I ordered was different from what I had thought I viewed online - specifically the neckline was different and had I been able to view it better online, I probably would not have purchased it. The purchase itself was easy and was delivered timely.
